Is my ACT score good? Is it worth retaking?

I recently took the ACT and got a composite score of 27. I am wondering how I should feel about it with regard to the colleges I might apply to. Im not applying to the ivy league; but im looking into places like trinity college, lehigh, Umass amherst, syracuse, university of maryland, american university. Im wondering if my act score would be good enough for any of these places. Im also wondering if it is worth retaking the act, or whether my score is good enough. any advice/info?
