Does anyone know if those work from home packages work, or is it just a hoax?

Most don't ... my sister paid $30 and made $25 after about 10 hours of work.

I have a friend that works in medical transcriptions and she makes a living off of it but she told me that most of those medical transcriptions jobs on the internet are scams. She knew a Doctor and asked him and he told her who to contact. So I would recommend doing lots of research before you do it. Always do two yahoo searches with the words Scam and Complaints after your search on the Company. It has saved me a few times.
