out driving you take a wrong turning do you carry on until another sign post appears or do you turn round?
immediately and go the right way. What if there is no where to turn? assuming you don`t know the area and are out for a drive for pleasure i`m confusing myself now.

I turn the car round immediately EJ. I am the first to admit I have no sense of direction whatsoever so if I don't put the wrong right immediately I'd never reach my destination.

If I was just driving for pleasure I probably wouldn't be too bothered about missing the turn and just carry on, hoping to be able to loop back around later. However if a perfect place to turn around appeared, I'd probably do that.

If it was just a drive for pleasure, I'd carry and see where it took me, but in a hurry I would turn around.

i will drive and turn to the right and left until i found the sign post and then go the right way.

Well, in that situation I would probably just enjoy where ever it was I found that I happened to be, and have fun exploring the new area! I'd meander home eventually. I always prefer the scenic route.
