There is a Worm spreading via Yahoo Messenger.

It is amazing that anybody is still falling for this stuff. The golden rule is don't click on unknown links. In addition to your suggestions on A/V software a good firewall is essential. However always remember the most dangerous thing on a computer is the nut on the keyboard.
