Our federal government and the SCOTUS have been turning a blind eye to the Constitution for years.
It only "applies" because we still PRETEND that it applies. If we went into congress and put a gun to their heads and told them to cease and desist all unconstitutional activities, they wouldn't know what to do with all their free time!
It would end "foreign aid"...
It would cut the Fed out of "school funding"....
It would cut the Fed out of "police" and "empowerment zones"....
It would end Govt control over most businesses and regulations...
It would make everything Obama has signed "illegal" and void.....
It would end all "gay rights" and fed involvement in "hate crimes"....
It would cut the feds from ANY issue involving religion....
It would end the Federal Reserve system....
It would end our fiat monetary system...
It would end the Fed involvement in the Mortgage and Insurance industry...

Because it's intended to keep the Government from getting out of control. A bit to late now perhaps
