I am an Intern in a magazine company they have offered me a commission based job in sales Should I take it?

    The failure rate is over 90%. Don't take the job. Unless they guarantee that you will have another job waiting for you later.

    If you are confident of your selling abilities, go ahead and take the job.

    But be aware that commission jobs can be either part base, part commission, or all commission.

    If the job is all commission, you better have good selling skills or you won't receive anything.

    If the job is base + commission, that would be a far better deal.
