What is causing my constant injuries?
In the past 2 years I have had surgery to correct a torn labrum in left shoulder, two hernias, and have been treated for slipped discs in my lower back. I also have problems with my heart, I have developed acid reflux from a hiatal hernia, and have a torn meniscus in my left knee. I frequently get pains in my left hip and I don't seem to have the energy that everyone else around me has. I workout regularly (at least 4 times a week), I eat better than most people, I take a multivitamin, and have regular check-ups with my doctor. Anyone know what might be causing all of these problems? I am barely in my thirties.
Well, it sure took a genuis to figure out that I should ask my doctor. I already have. First of all, they can't believe that I have had this many injuries and ailments in such a short span. Secondly, they have already done blood work to determine if I have some sort of disease. They didn't find anything they tested for. Just thought I would give Y!A a shot to see if someone might have another idea.
