In Texas its 17, I dont know about kentucky, You should be able to find this out by calling a child abuse hotline or even the local shelter. These types of agencies have that information for you. Good Luck to you.

If your folks don't care, then nobody cares. If you're trying to move in with your boyfriend and your folks are against it, then you have to be 18 or the cops will come after you and your "friends" could get in legal trouble as well if they let you stay there.
