how is HIV acturelly created?

like i know it damages the immunel system....and i know how it is spread....but i dont get how it is created in a person. like when someone says they have HIV how do they have HIV?....and how come we dont.

i searched google but they only say how it spreads....eg. kissing. but we all kiss and not all of us have HIV.

it was really confusing me...

Update:

how was it first created?...and i looked up and i found out about the monkey thing...is it true? i know that SIV in the monkeys r transmitted to human HIV.....so the monkey thing is true?.....and if it is true, the people who have HIV have all been spread by 1 man?

"HIV is thought to have originated in non-human primates in sub-Saharan Africa and was transferred to humans late in the 19th or early in the 20th century.[156] The first paper recognizing a pattern of opportunistic infections characteristic of AIDS was published in 1981."

the same reason why we don't all have every disease under the sun. You catch it from contact with another person who is HIV positive (and just kissing is generally considered safe). If you've never come into contact with someone with HIV, you can't catch it (excepting odd instances where you may for some reason be playing with blood or used syringes. But i figure you don't).

The pathogen is passed from one person to the other via bodily fluids.

well HIV was acutally created by the fusing of 2 different diseases but when you get i guess you have some kinda HIV cells that need to build up and stuff thats why sometimes people can go a year without getting any syptoms but i guess those HIV cells attack your immune system idk thats just my idea all i know is that i dont want to get HIV
