    podrias dar una descripcion mejor de tu problema, no te puedo ayudar solo con esa informacion.... yo tengo mi iPod Touch de 2da Generacion Firmware 3.1.3 y funciona al 100%.... si quieres k te ayude manda un mp...

    Utilizas, windows vista, xp, seven o Mac?, prueba respaldar primero y actualizar, si usas seven o vista ejecutalo en modo de compatibilidad windows 98.
