I went to the theaters & seen A Nightmare On Elm Street not too long ago.. it was a pretty good movie. You would probably like it.
Or maybe Boogeyman, or Boogeyman 2.
Don't get Mr. Jingles, it's a bad remake of Boogeyman 2 & cheap.
The old Friday the 13th movies are good, and so are the old Nightmare On Elm Streets..
The Old hills have eyes.
Anything to do with exorcism stuff?
Like the Exorcism of emily rose, american haunting, etc.
Believe it or not, I like the Grudge 1 & 2! The girl scares me.. anything that bends and moves like that is the one thing that scares me! haha!

Nightmare on Elm Street
Edit: also
The Omen was pretty scary as well
If your going to watch Friday the 13th and Halloween, DO NOT watch the remakes, they sucked..the remake of Nightmare on Elmstreet was awesome though, almost as good as the original
