Train & car 10kms from level crossing travelling at 50kph towards the crossing AT THE SAME TIME.?

Neither stop or slow down.

Question - How does the man get across?

    He gets across by travelling on the train.

    As has already been said, in any contest such as this between a train and a road vehicle, the train will always win.

    He doesn't.In a tie the train always wins.Sadly people keep trying to see if they can win but they never do.
