Friendship group possibly being split up due to a relationship forming?

We have just started university in september, and we were a group of 4. we then had another one join the group in december to make us a 5. this new guy is everything ive wanted in a guy, and everytime we are messing around, and we talk about perfect partners he always describes me. I feel that something could be blossoming between us, we talk so much more with eachother than we do with anyone else is in the group. The problem is we are planning to move together as the 5 of us next year and i think that what ever happens between us could make it awkard for the rest of everyone else. I dont know wether to pursue this perfect match, or just leave it for other peoples sake! HELP!!!!!
