Why do heterosexuals have to constantly throw their lifestyle in our faces?

Let me say up front that I do not care one bit what people do in the privacy of their own bedrooms, but where does common decency come into play?  I swear I cannot turn on the television without seeing the heterosexual lifestyle promoted, and movies are even worse!  It is all too common to see heterosexuals in movies wantonly jumping into bed, even though the characters depicted hardly know each other!  Don't people realize that unprotected heterosexual sex can spread diseases?!

The amount of heterosexual porn that is out there just sickens me; why is it that the heterosexual lifestyle seems to require so much adult material?  The media depicts men and women as objects of desire for the opposite sex, and I see no one calling for any checks on this reckless sort of propaganda.  How many lives have to be ruined before the heterosexual agenda is brought to a halt?!

Worst of all, there is a real push to recruit the young into the heterosexual lifestyle, and that is just wrong!  Every time you hear music or see videos, the marketing is clearly directed towards the young, and the subject matter is always wanton heterosexuality!  It is just too much!  How are our children supposed to know of the dangers of the heterosexual lifestyle when it is pushed at them from every angle?  In fact, did you know that most states only allow marriage between opposite sex couples?!  It is like they are trying to show the young that heterosexuality is an exclusive club, that only the "cool" can join.  It just turns my stomach!

At any rate, what do you think can be done to stop the heterosexual agenda, and how can we better educate the public about its dangers?

Why can't people who consider themselves to be devout members of a church they say follows a loving god learn to be more tolerant? I'm not crazy about the Mormon practice of having bazillions of kids because the planet is already overpopulated and overstretched, but I don't get all over you for forcing your lifestyle in my face - even though my family and I will be materially affected by the damage all of those extra people are doing to the planet.

i agree, its horrendous!!! all the well behaved talented and smart people in my school are gay but who gets all the special rights and privileges? the heteros. and we gays get treated with disrespect and intolerance. i don't hate them because the bible say hate  the sin not the sinner. even thow the hetero lifestyle is an atrocity to god.

i think they should go to camps where they can be trained not to participate in that abominable behavior.

I agree that the 'het' lifestyle is vulgar, unnatural, and disgusting- perhaps they should all be banished to an island somewhere so we don't have to look at them breed like roaches. Just because it is their free choice to live that way doesn't mean I should have to see it every single day!
