Adult or Baby Python?
I am fourteen and I own a five year old Stimsons python and i bought her when she was four. In the future, when I plan to move out, I would like to get another python. Python owners, would you reccomend buying a baby or adult? PS I'm asking this question because my Python has gone a bit feral (I'm not getting rid of it) and want to know which is easier to accustom to handeling.
I am not moving out while im fourteen im just thinking about the future
PS I didn't read that comment right I meant to say that I was just thinking about what pets I might like when I move out (maybe 19-22??? I really have no idea)

Hi, it doesn't matter weather you get an adult or young one so long as the mature snake has been handled regularly, the main difference is that you wouldn't have to buy a larger tank for an older snake because he will already need a full size one.
Regarding your other python, I would advise you start to handle him on a daily basis for a week or two if he is getting a bit touchy and if he is trying to bite you then wear gloves, this should tame him back up again, good luck, Stef.

age doesn't matter with the snakes if it was handled by prior owner. as for the current snake throw an old sweaty t shirt into the cage so it gets used to your scent again and doesn't view you as a threat
YOu are 14 when are you moving out . I wouldn't worry about that for a long while until then just enjoy the current snake
