how is arabic letters order written?
I know its read from right to left, but are the letters form from right to left as well? for example the dates 1999 - 2000 = 0002 - 9991

Arabic letters are read and written from right to left, Arabic number though are read and written from left to right.
So, 1999-2000 = 2000 - 1999 but using the equivilant arabic numbers (١٩٩٩ - ٢٠٠٠)
Where 1999 = ١٩٩٩ and 2000 = ٢٠٠٠

no, the arabic numerals come from india and are written in the L-to-R order of the indian writing systems.
