How do you avoid dwelling on the negative?

How do you avoid dwelling on negative aspects? (Ex. 50 good or decent things happen in 1 day, but 1 or 2 bad things happen and you dwell on those instead of focusing on the positive)

    Try to look at all sides of the situation. Rather than just jumping to the negative conclusion, I try to think of any other possible, positive reasons/explanations that something has happened. It is not perfect, but it has reduced my temper tremendously.

    You need to retrain your thought process. What is the point of dwelling on negativity?

    DONT think of the good things, because they will make you realise that you DO have bad times. just stay nuetral and let things go their way. stay out of drama. find a mellow person. talk to them about your problems.
