Should I say something or keep my mouth shut?

So I'm a softball player looking for a club team, I have been doing tryouts, practices, everything. I live with just my dad and now he won't do anything. He keeps saying he's been 'driving too much' and makes me miss practices and he won't practice with me. I really feel like i need this. Should I say something to him or make peace with the fact I'm not gonna get what I want?

just ask him to play with you and help. if he doesn't find out that you will have to be on your own if you like the sport well enough you can find someone to practice with.

How is he driving too much? anyway you should probably tell him that you really Really REALLY want to play softball! Hopefully he will understand! If he doesn't drive you, maybe get permission for one of your friends to drive you, of ask them to practice with you!

  • Just talk to him in a nice respectable way & explain why u need this. Believe me when talking in a good way u get better results. Good luck & hope all works out.

It is always best to talk to your parents in a nice, and respectful matter
