I need a new cell phone with no more than a 1 year contract?

and international calling. I am in Cleveland Ohio any recommendations? Thanks.

thanks for the reply. I have Verizion and can say it was a bad experience. Yes, I did have to buy the phone and have to sign a 2 year contract. Needless to say I am not happy with them.

    you can buy any phone outright and not have any contract. the contract is simply to pay for the free phones...

    Verizon has one year plans.
