At least 5, that's how many I have. You should be fine letting your dad on.

As long as you have a separate email for each account you can have as many as you want, it doesn't go by console, just the account itself so it doesn't matter.

You may have as many accounts as you have space for. I know someone who has 30 something accounts on his because of all of his friends making accounts.
You could even have OVER 9000!!!!
