    What would you do if the person on the other line is already sounding irritated and impatient? Would you address it or just pretend you don't notice it at all.

    Experience, grades, and lateness etc. will be the main things that are looked at; if you are polite then it is likely you will get it as a call center is always looking for polite and kind people. Good luck! :)
