try taking two of them.....chem AP and Calculus , these two are quite difficult courses but they are worth it. Some universities even take these courses under consideration and account u for the credits.

Yes, that's definitely manageable. I'll be taking 2 AP classes in my sophomore year alone. In my junior year, I want to take at least 4 (maybe 5) AP classes.
