Depends on what your looking for in a forum. Sherdog gives into a lot of unsubstantiated rumors, and people posting there tend to just insult one another rather than discussing things. mmaweekly has more of a professional atmosphere of discussion. Now I know all the sherdog huggers will give me a thumbs down, but all that I ask is for you to look at both sites, and decide for yourself.
