Could anybody belive that Magic, Larry, Micheal, or any other of the TRUE SUPERSTARS of the leauge?
would EVER just quit playing in a playoff game, that was also an elimination game, being down by single digits with a minute and change to go?
Could you see Larry Bird just stop playing, even if his teammates did? Would Magic or MJ just have stood there and refused to foul, or do anything to even TRY to take back the game?

No! Neither of the legends (or Greats) would have giving up even with 1:13 on the clock. Why? The will to win was greater to them than a dollar. Now, don't get me wrong they like the dough BUT the dough was not the motivating fact. WINNING WAS! That competitive nature would not allow them to quit even in a sinking ship. Fight until the end.
But guess what! It's not something you are born with. It's a choice then developed over time. You see Michael, Larry, and Magic made a choice to be #1 in everything they did especially b-ball and was not going to except anything less PERIOD POINT BLANK.
I just don't see that with any of these players now. It's I want the dough (whoever can give me more that's where I will go and if I don't like you or this situation I will quit)
