How can I boost my cardio in 2 weeks?

I have a basketball tournament that is 2 weeks away, and i have been playing a lot basketball. However, one weakness i have is fatigue. My lungs and heart give out on me way too earlier. I asked some friends and they said the same thing use to happen to them, until 2 a days. I asked them for some workouts i could do they could only think of a couple. Does anyone know so crazy cardio excercises i could be doing to get my lungs and heart above average. I know 2 weeks isnt a lot of time, and im not an idiot I know big/ long term changes take much longer than 2 weeks. I just need some quick results. The only way i know i will for sure be able to win this year is if i can play harder longer. Thanks again! Not too seem rude but the person who gives me the most exercises to do will probably get best answers. But PLEASE even if there is an answer up with more then you know, please still post the ones you know of. Thank you

    im also 22 year old male. you can do a lot of different exercise and ready your stamina for your basketball event.. before sleep drink milk. dont take carbohydrate foods 2 hours before sleep.i think you should sleep as early as you can. when you wake up drink again milk and take 2 slices of bread. take a bath, then jog outside(not running) just a jog a slow jog, take 30 mins. repeat it in the afternoon..stay away from fatty foods and cholesterol.. do this everyday,, in the 3rd day your lungs will surely increase its stamina then jog for 1 hour.. and put 3 times running for 10 seconds.. repeat it in the afternoon. in the 6th day to 10th day day do a massive jogging like 2 hours of jogging and 5 times10 seconds running.. if you have still time in those days you can still play basketball for practice and to increase the level of exercise.. in the 11th to 13th day back to the first portion of exercise which is jog outside(not running) just a jog a slow jag, take 30 mins. repeat it in the afternoon. this is your cool down moment and in the 14th day. relax and sleep.. ready to play basketball on the next day..

    You have got to devour extra. You can NOT shed pounds if you're consuming LESS than a thousand energy an afternoon ... your frame is in 'hunger mode' and also you can not shed pounds regardless of how difficult you endeavor. Cut your endeavor again to a million/two hour of aerobic and a million hour of yoga and devour AT LEAST 1500 energy an afternoon, as much as 1700 energy. Also begin strolling for part an hour daily and keep your belly in at the same time you do ... and also you have got to devour a few protein and a few vegies and fruit, now not simply carbohydrates ...
