Best cloth to clean lenses?

Anybody have a great cloth that really gets their lens clean? I have been dry rubbing with some high quality eye glass clothes, but there still seems to be a haze on the lens, both ends.

Thank you.

Unless you're really diligent about keeping a micro-fibre cloth clean you run the risk of scratching the coating on you're lenses with a stray piece of grit picked up by the cloth.

I always use Pec-Pads which gives you a new cloth everytime. One tip always apply any solvent such as the same companies Eclipse fluid to the cloth, never directly to the lens.

A 'Rocket' blower or a large soft watercolour mop will get rid of any gritty dust as a first step.

I set a day aside every month or so for cleaning all my gear which is usually enough. I've done this all my photographic career (over 50 years) and am still using some of my original lenses.

You have to wet the cloth with a high quality lens cleaner or you will only smear the haze around. Micro fiber works well.
