Appealing an unemployment decision. Going against tribunal. Any suggestions?

My last work was seasonal. I had full time employment for 5 years. part seasonal but worked all year long. Where will the proceedings be held eg court room or office? What will the hearing be like? Will there be a lot of people there?Do I need to bring documentation such as pay stubs etc.? Any laws you know that could help my case. My denial reason is stated that I didn't have a good enough reason to leave Wal-Mart. But isn't leaving for a much better job at a time when my hours were being cut in half (down to 20 hrs from 38 or 48 hrs) and leaving for a job that was much closer to my home(20 miles closer) a good enough reason? Oh yeah and I am in Arkansas.
