I want to hook my computer up to my blue ray DVD and TV so I can stream movies from net-flix and other sources?

I have a Samsung Blue Ray player and digital tv.I am using a desk top style computer.

Update:

OK,so the main objective here is to be able to stream movies and other content from computer to TV by whatever means necessary. What I would like to have is instructions on how to hook it up.

Update 2:

I might add that I have a cable connection with DVR.Internet connection is cable modem.

You don't connect the Blu-ray player to your computer. Instead, you would connect it you your home network, which connects to your broadband modem. If you haven't a home network yet, get started with a router and Ethernet cabling or wireless adapters/bridges for things that need them.
