    It is an affiliate network.

    As a "seller" you can list products/services and you pay CJ a commission when one of their affiliates makes a sell for you.

    As an "affiliate" you can make products within CJ and receive commissions.

    It is a great affiliate network but there are 100's of them out there. CJ is a little more strict about approving affiliates and sellers. Some months I receive very nice checks from CJ for my marketing efforts.
