Need firmware for Nortel Baystack 470 switch?

I am looking for firmware for a older Nortel Baystack 470 (non-poe) 48 port switch. I have tried Nortel's website but they require a maintenance contract. Can anyone assist?

    You pretty much have to have or find someone with a maintenance contract to Nortel.

    I had some 5510 Baystacks but finding firmware was impossible.

    They are a lot less common than Cisco (IOS aren't hard to find).
