Will be in USA for 1 week and would like to get a cheap cell phone to talk & text within USA.?
I just discovered that my pay-as-you-go Telus phone which I thought had long distance, does not work at all in the USA (I live in Canada). Their long distance rates quoted is for calling/texting from Canada to the US!! The phone will be used mostly for sending short text messages to others on the trip. I also have an ipod touch, but that needs wifi to connect.
