President of Home owner association.?

What is the legal way to do when the president of home owner association breaking the policy of condominium I live in?She(president)keep sending letters to me about any thing I violating as far as policy(which is very questionable-she does not have any proof),but I know and I have a proof on her.Any way to do with out lawyer?

Update:

P.S.I own my apartment,I pay all dues on time, etc.Technically, she is not happy with minor staff such as beach towels once in a while on my balcony and some other same small staff, but she does the same and even more and I do have a proof on her.

Take your articles of incorporation and cc&r's to a meeting with her, and have her cite where she finds you either deficient, or in violation. Maybe she is correct, and you are unfamiliar with the rules. Be careful, HomeOwner's Associations have lots of power. You don't pay your dues, they can foreclose on your unit, and/or lien your property.
