Is the multi-storey car park at Rascasse just an example to Schhh how F1 has progressed since his retirement?

    Yes! Since they had to put up a "no parking" sign and double yellow lines, drivers now have to pay to park at Rascasse, and since they all want to do it (following the "master") a multi-storey is the only way to accommodate them! lol
