Yu-Gi-Oh! Plasma Control/Lockdown, plz help?!?

Okay, so I'm trying to build a ton of decks with the 8,000+ Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards I've collected over the past 3 years. This way I can sell the decks on eBay to help pay bills. I'm pretty "fluent" in Yu-Gi-Oh! Battle Tactics and Deck-Building Strategies (I have a nearly unstoppable Counter Fairy Deck worth $200+)

I know this is a solid Deck (Plasma Control/Lockdown) that is used in all the Tournys. But since I've never actually been to a Tourny, let alone keep up to date with the newest Decks, I'm asking for you guys to help me out here.

So here are my questions:

1.) Is this Deck still active?

2.) Would it stand up to other Decks being used in Tournys?

3.) Any advice on some better Trap/Spell Cards, or even Monsters if you have any ideas?

4.) How much would you be willing to pay for this Deck? (DD-Hero Plasma is a Secret or Ultimate Rare), and tons of other cards are Super/Secret/Rare/and Ultimate Rares. So, what would you be willing to pay for this Plasma Control/Lockdown Deck with tons of holos?

I made this Deck a hybrid between Plasma Control & Plasma Lockdown, with a little hint of Burn and Stalling mixed in (Giant Germ x3, Scapegoat x2, Fires of Doomsday x2)

The idea is to Summon as many Token Monsters to stall your opponent until you can Special Summon Destiny Hero - Plasma with Royal Decree/Clock Tower Prison on the field, effectively ending the Battle.

I have 3 more Cards I can add to it, and I really need some Support Spells to help protect my DD Heros from Anti-Effect Monsters (Herald of Orange Light, etc)

Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.
