Dell D400 wifi problems?

Dell latitude d400 running windows 7, all driver good. Laptop see wireless card as 'broadcom 802.11 multiband wireless network adapter' and says device is working properly. Shows wifi bars in system tray but can't see any network. Radio is enable.

Already tried all drivers from Dell website, reseating the wireless card, enabling through bios.

LAN works fine.

Update:

Already tried google.

    Took me 3 times.

    Hours of Operation:
