Who's the girl who sang somebody to love and one time?

I was listening to the radio and i heard this terrible female singer! She sang somebody to love and one time. (both HORRIFYING songs) So who's this horrible female singer?

    oh yeah... i dunno about the other song but i heard "somebody to love" on the radio 2day... i think her voice is fine... it's kinda weird though she says "is she out there" in one part one the song.....
