Help with MMF threesome?

So me (17, male) and my best friend (16, male) have set our eyes on one of our friends and we desire to have a threesome with her (we are all very close and single). She has said in the past that she wants to make out and do other stuff with us, so me and my friend decided we want to take it further. This is really awkward and iffy territory. Sometimes a real threesome doesn't turn out like you hoped for in your fantasy. I certainly would not recommend doing it with two virgins. I mean, these people do not know what their doing in the bedroom yet. The whole thing could turn out bad and be embarrasing for someone.
