Does anybody have an e-mail address for Tesco customer services?
I can only find telephone numbers and snail mail addresses on their website and both those means of communication cost me money which I am unwilling to pay when making suggestions to a company as large as Tescos

No, they are being very thrifty let alone greedy making us pay to contact them. The only numbers and address I can find is what you have probably already found ;-

Maybe another alternative would be to go to your local store hand in the letter and ask them to forward it.
