So I've checked with our development team and I have good news and bad news.

The good news is that the preference is sticky. Your internet browser lets us store something called a "cookie" for you, which tells us whether you want to see All English or USA Questions only. Now provided you don't clear these "cookies", it should remember what preference you set.

The bad news, is that the setting for the homepage, is different to the one on the category pages. So you'll need to set both of these. We have got an open bug to get this fixed so you have one setting that can be set from either the home or category pages.

I hope this helps answer your question.

Maybe, the last Question you answered was from another Country and it remembered that location rather than your preferred settting? It happens at times but not very often.
