why is my eyeliner comming off?

If it's a pencil liner that you're using, that's probably what the issue is. Also, that area under your eye where you're putting your liner is called the "water line" for a reason. Be careful about putting eye liner on that area as you are more prone to getting an infection that way.

As for the liner recommendation, I personally use liquid eyeliner with favorable results. However, I do not put the liner in the same area that you do. Just on the top lid, that's all. I use a Revlon liquid eyeliner that has only a felt tip, no brush. Hope this helps!

are you using a eyeliner pencil? that may be why the liner is smudging and smearing. you can try putting the liner on your bottom lash line instead, however i recommend using a different kind of eyeliner.

powder eyeliners are a good choice because they almost absorb the water in your water line, so it does not wear off.

i use this hip l'oreal powder liner. omigosh its amazing. it stays on forever(:

Try a waterproof liner if your using it on the waterline. & If you are STILL having it smudge, put a little bit of translucent powder riiiight under your bottom lashline and it will create kind of a brick wall that the eyeliner CAN NOT pass. haha good luck (:
