battlefield bad company 2 question?

well lately ive been playing BFBC2 online and for some reason its starting to lag like crazy and im not the only one this been happening to. does anyone know whats going on or is DICE doing something about it cause i know its not my connection.i love the game but the lag is just annoying

    It's probably the server, every games server goes in the fritz once in a while.
