The way the Suns play defense?
could your momma drop a 20-10 game on them? When exactly was the last time they made a defensive stop ( day/week/month/year/decade)?
Granted I don't see the Suns alot, I'm an right coaster and watch mostly teams from the east, except when they play the west. But now that the playoffs are here I watch every game possible.
For weeks now I have been hearing about the Suns 'improved defense". I say WHAT? If this is improved, how? Aside from Lopez, who occasionally makes a swipe at the ball in the post, I haven't seen a single posession where anything but gradeschool defense was attempted. Is this the best the west has to offer?

I hadn't really watched much of the Suns this year. But all I heard is their defense has picked up quite a bit. That's all People were raving about. Then I see what has happened in the first two games against the Lakers, and I can't help but think what a joke it is. Seriously, has anyone seen the lakers score over 110 points all season? Much less 126 PPG average in this series. That's pathetic on the Suns part.

The way the suns play defense might work in a pickup game in the streets but in the NBA that defense will get you nowhere. Defense wins title and the suns have no defense. They faced a injury depleted Blazers and an old Spurs, but now they are facing a big, tall, best talented team in the league in the Lakers and they will be lucky not to end up like the Utah Jazz.

Their star power forward Amare ended with just 6 rebounds in 40 minutes of play. Bum knee Bynum had 7 rebounds in just 18 minutes of play. That should tell you the effort suns put to anything that doesn't involve scoring.

Well when you have the big 3 down there.. your kind at a lost for rebounds
Gasol, Bynum, and Odom...
if those 3 are down low against the suns, who lack the size, they aren't getting many rebounds

but then again. they did lost bell and diaw. o yea marion
so yes i think just a bit. very slightly.
its so small that no one really sees the different.
