Personal assistant....has anyone ever had this type of job?

I've been a personal assistant a couple of times; both for the elderly. I found it very gratifying -- not very financially rewarding. I learned that I had to set very clear boundaries regarding what I would and would not do and what my time limits were. Sweet little old ladies can really tug at your heart strings... good luck.
