What are some good marinades for grilling salmon?

I love to cook salmon on the grill, but am tired of my same old marinades. I usually use italian dressing or some good bbq sauce. What are some other flavors or marinades I can use that will taste yummy on the grill. Also, I always serve with rice so please include side dishes that would go along with the fish.

Thanks

Update:

Great answers so far, but I'm looking for more like some fruits or juices to marinade or baste with. I always do corn on the grill or asparagus with the salmon so what other veggies would go good?

I would try using a pinapple juice mixture..so pinaple juice mixed with honey..instead of lemon and honey..do pinapple juice and honey.. Make sure to thinkin it with a bit of cornstarch so its not seriously runny. Also, i would add in some spices..like some paprika..but just lightly on top. You could also while grilling your salmon, put pinapple slices on top of your fish.. Im going to say if your going to do pinapple, then compliment it with some grilled orange and yellow pepper slices and even carrots..carrots would work good, if you did it in the same type of sauce you used on your fish. Then of course rice works really well with that dish.

favorite salmon marinade i have made is an asian salmon marinade

its just about 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup soy sauce, couple tablespoons of regular sugar, and a couple green onions chopped fine, put it in a ziplock bag for a around 30 min and it will taste amazing.

Just plain, like salt and pepper, then putting a topping on it, like sour cream mixed with a little fresh dill.

    OR

Smoked Salmon that was brined overnight

    OR

Any Asian style marinade, like a teriyaki marinade.

I was going to suggest lemon juice and dill but you already have those answers so I will say white wine and chives instead, add a bit of salt and pepper to them and marinate the salmon for 1 hour .

Lemon, juice olive oil, salt and pepper?

make a dressing out of some yoghurt, tomato ketchup with some capers and gherkins chopped up and thrown in, with a splash of tabasco, better than thousand island dressing from a bottle.

Salmon is so good by itself, I just usually sprinkle a little mesquite seasoning on it, then serve it with lemon juice or lemon-butter sauce.

Lemon juice and other spices. It is really good and if you don't like it I would just stick with dressings. And with fish, a corn or broccoli would serve nice.

    nice for summer...

salt, pepper, and squeeze lemon on the grilling salmon... a dollop of sour cream on top with chives and dill, place salmon on a bed of fresh spinach leaves, squeeze more lemon on the greens with a little evoo or a vinigarette... ;-)
