There was a series of books like this when I was a kid. Mad Libs I think it was called. Anyway, it's only funny when you don't know the sentence. You have to ask someone the (cartoon character), (Place) etc. BEFORE you read the sentence. THAT is what makes it funny. Knowing what it says before you fill in the blanks is just you trying to be funny and it never is.

I just saw Donald Duck run into Jersey Shore and got guido all over his shoes, then got in his Guido-Mobile and rode away into the Jersey sunset!
