how do you cancel your Sirius acct?
they don't seem to give you an option online when looking at your acct status. what do you have to do to cancel it?

i went through this with xm. they purposely don't give you an on-line option. you have to call their customer service line, where they will do everything they can think of to keep you from cancelling. they really gave me the run-around, and went so far as to hang up on me the first time i called. the best thing to do is write down the customer service person's name and call them by it. (now they know that you can identify them in a later phone call.) then, you should tell them your attorney has recommended that you record this conversation for legal reasons. that should pretty much do it.
edit: it took me 4 phone calls before my co-worker suggested the recording/attorney method.
