Buy a plunger. i just use ones from the Red Shed (The Warehouse) DO NOT use those chemical unblockers un less you have a partial blockage. The chemicals have to get to the blockage before it can work. If it is blocked right up it won,t get there. The reason I use the red shed ones is because people listen to those who say use chemicals and all the seem to do is rot the rubber plungers after 4 or 5 times.
When you use a plunger work it up and down as fsat as you can for 5 to 10 seconds. try 4 or 5 times. If that only partially clears it and water running slowly, wait untill completelt drained, mix up about 250 grams caustic from the supermarket, not the fancy bloody expensive drain unblockers, in hot water and tip it down the sink. If this won't do it best you ring a plumber. It can be quite dificult and a plumber has the gear to sort it out.

Get into the cupboard that houses the sink unit, locate the'U' bend and dismantle it. Clean it out and this may solve the problem. If it hasn't then the blockage is further along the sink waste so you may have to try caustic soda or a propietry brand sink waste unblocker. Next step might be calling a plumber but its a long way to come from Poland.

Empty half the water out, then use the plunger using deep and long pulling actions without losing any suction. If this doesn't work empty all the water that you possibly can, then pour a half gallon of bleach directly into the drain pipe. Even if there is a little bit of water still there. The bleach will penetrate down into the pipe and through the water. Leave it there over night. Periodically use bleach in you drains at night before bed to cleanse the pi[pes of buildup. It has always worked great for me since I discovered it.

A sink auger.
The one I have is from Restoration Hardware and looks more like a whip with a wood handle.
You don't want to use a plunger except as a last resort cause it might push the clog out of the range of your auger. It's better to try and break up the clog with the auger first.

a plunger !!! They cost about $5, you can try liquid drain clearers or gel, let it set for about 29 minutes more than bottle says and use plunger if that doesnt work -- BE SURE TO WEAR EYE PROTECTION GLASSES , also at hardware store for $3 or $4 !!!

As long as your sink isn't 50 years old, the U-bend is easily taken apart with only simple tools and your sink was built in the last 20 or so years, you can do it with almost no tools...

a plunger usually works.try plunging it with boiling hot water in it if you can.that would require draining what water you do have left.that doesnt work you will need to buy a plumbing snake.google plumbing snake.most hardware stores should sell them

A plunger always works for me.
If the answers above don't work then you'll have to "snake" the blockage out with one of these:

I would be wary using bleach as it can erode plastic pipes over time and it could explode in your pipes.
