I get those after I eat pineapple. I chew some gum, peppermint works best, and it goes away in like 30 minutes.

This is from the sour candy eating through the lining of your tongue. This kind of candy is extremely acidic and your taste buds can become swollen and infected with the acid for a short period of time. Ice often works very well as does peppermint gum or tea to soothe the spot. I have also used Listerine to get rid of this but it burns like hell but the pain subsided immediately and the spot was gone within an hour.

I don't know what you are atlking about but when you are pregnant you should brush your teeth more, floss, and use a good mouth wash. Also your hormones are changing drastically so that may have something to do with it. Or maybe you are missing some kind of vitamin. You should call your doctor and make sure , maybe they can give you a prenatal vitamin better to fit you.

peppermint leaves, wash them and chew them. you might not want to try anything that might sting.
