    Millions if not billions. Every river has cut-off meanders and oxbow lakes. As it is impossible to tell you how many rivers there are globally, it is certainly impossible to tell you how many oxbow lakes there are.

    That would be an obscure bit of information and I don't think you would even have to know that to qualify for Jeopardy.
