    rubbing alcohol and wipe

if glass screen (CRT) you can try nail polish remover/acetone or denatured alcohol. rub it off wit ha cloth and then clean up with wet (water only) cloth.

Source(s): rubbing alcohol can be used safely with LCDs. acetone, denatured alcohol are high pwoer ink removers they do contain small amounts of petroleum so they are not safe to use on plastic/LCD screens. I have a glass laminate screen protection of my monitor, so not only can I clean it with any clear I want its also bump/poke resistant.
